My work is for people who believe these 5 things…
Human creativity matters.
Consistency creates meaning.
Work-life balance is possible.
Clarity cuts deep.
Things can be improved.
Human creativity matters.
We avoid artificial intelligence. Not because we’re better (we are), but because the creative experience is important for the viewer and the creator. Human creativity means more than its output. Many sports fans can’t get into professional wrestling because they know it’s scripted—many creative people can’t connect with content when they know it’s AI. The creation process is scared ground, and we respect the creative process all the way through.
Consistency creates meaning.
Anyone can show up once. Few show up week after week, year after year, delivering real work for the love of it. We’re not gamblers, rolling the dice, betting we go viral. We’re bakers, waking up early, kneading creative dough, and delivering warm bread every day. Not because it’s easier. Because everything tastes better fresh.
Work-life balance is possible.
This isn’t a kitschy, wellness-trend buzzword for us. We love our work unendingly. We sacrifice greatly for it. Yet we believe time spent with friends and family is more important, still. We make time for our hobbies, we love learning new things, we prioritize loved ones. We play full-court press, we play harder in overtime, and when the whistle blows, we know how to leave it on the field.
Clarity cuts deep.
Some people leverage acronyms, jargon, and confusion to sound powerful. We don’t need that. We constantly seek clearer ways to say things, knowing that nothing pierces the soul like honesty.
Things can be improved.
No doom-and-gloom here. Victimhood is left in the pages of our journals. We take radical accountability, knowing not everything is our fault, but that many things can be our responsibility. We see that when we take responsibility for our environments, we earn respect, and improve things for everybody.
