Keke Palmer on following through

“You have to finish everything you said you're going to do. Following through is important.” When asked about her creative process in an interview, multi-hyphenate actor, singer, and TV host Keke Palmer said this. “Even if it's not at the level you expected or things went wrong…you have to get it to the finish line because that's how you learn and you teach yourself to keep growing.”

Keke gets it. She’s been a professional creative since she was a child. She knows how important it is to follow through, even if the result isn’t perfect. She understands that some lessons only come after pushing through the pain.

I’ve officially started writing my second book. It’s been a long time coming, and I’m already battling severe resistance. This quote from Keke is inspiring me today, and I hope it inspires you too.
