How much is your self worth?

To own a business that generates you many millions of dollars, you have to become a certain type of person.

I’m not saying this type of person is bad. I’m not saying they’re good. I am saying that their decision-making is calculated and their direction is certain. I am saying they make sacrifices that many are not willing to make.

It’s easy to envy profitable businesses. It’s easy to be jealous of the wealthy. But when we compare things beyond dollars, envy becomes a tricker thing to justify. Are we willing to become someone else entirely in order to attain something that we wouldn’t have wanted on our own, if society hadn’t told us to?

Again, this makes me think that the only way to be rich is to live within your means.
